This H. Turowski 1977 watercolor on paper was acquired in NYC in a portfolio of the artists work all dating to the mid 1970s. 

The piece has been paired with a vintage ornate carved wood frame and set behind glass. Excellent condition. 15” x 13” x 2” framed.
