This signed/dated H. Turowski 1976 watercolor was acquired in NYC in a portfolio of the artists work all dating to the mid 1970s.
The piece has been paired with a vintage gilt wood frame and set behind glass. Frame has patina of age related wear to gold gilt. Newly finished and arrives ready to hang. Frame measures 17” x 15.5”
