This is a large approx 80” x 84” abstract stain painting on heavy canvas, signed and dated 1977. The piece was produced with the intention of hanging like a tapestry, and top and bottom have adhered canvas loops that allow a wood slat or dowel to be attached, and then mounted to the wall.
In the interest of saving the buyer hundreds of dollars in shipping costs, the piece with be folded and shipped WITHOUT wood dowels, which will have to be sourced by the buyer. Wood dowels or lattice board slats can easily be purchased at any hardware store that sells lumber.
the canvas is in very good condition for its age, and is signed/dated verso.
